Crystal Content is a Digital Marketing agency in Glasgow. They experienced tremendous growth in the last few years and so quickly outgrew their website..and office!
We worked to completely restructure the site to showcase new services and create a new website design that helped to deliver a 30% increase in conversions from their previous site.
They’re a pretty cool team, and we wanted that to come through so we created custom graphics for the site and individual avatars for each one of the team and they loved them!

We sat down with the team and had a good look through the analytics, user heat maps, and overall user journey. We noticed a few drop off points and introduced a few key elements that helped to spike that conversion number.
